That is something that I can&#039;t count how many times I&#039;ve been told to take out. Be it in a class, in articles read online, or just from people in general. Of course all these things I&#039;ve been told are rooted in practices that date back 30 years (more with some of these people). The one thing that does make me hesitate is just older HR people receiving it and not liking it. I know that&#039;s always a possibility, or maybe I&#039;ve just had bad luck with some of the HR people I&#039;ve dealt with..Either way, no reason to not try it. I think I&#039;ll stick to having one word doc that has links and one with out and try to name them clear enough that the HR person can choose. Hopefully something positive will come out of it...
